GAME PREVIEW
• Central Michigan (14-8, 4-5 MAC) will return to MAC West play on Friday, February 3 when it hosts rival Western Michigan (7-14, 3-6) in a 6:30 p.m. game at McGuirk Arena.
• A MAROON OUT will be in effect on Friday evening and all Chippewa fans attending the game are encouraged to wear maroon CMU gear.
• Prior to Saturday’s showdown with the Broncos, CMU faced four consecutive MAC East opponents, going 3-1.
• The Chippewas are coming off a 101-91 road loss to Buffalo on Jan. 31 while Western Michigan, in its last outing, secured its biggest MAC win of the season, defeating West Division stalwart Ohio in Kalamazoo, 90-85, in come-from-behind fashion.
