CLEARWATER, Fla. – Allison Curtis, Maison Kalina and Morgan Gardner had two hits apiece Wednesday to lead the Central Michigan softball team to a 10-2 victory over Butler in the USF Invitational.
The win was the second straight for CMU (10-7), which has won 10 of its last 12 starts. The Chippewas are off on Thursday and play two games on Friday, the first against Fort Wayne, the second against USC Upstate.
Hanna Warren (2-4) allowed seven hits, struck out eight and walked one for the victory.
