• The Central Michigan baseball team play the University of Incarnate Word in a four-game series beginning on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
• The teams are scheduled to play a doubleheader beginning at 2 p.m. on Saturday. The finale is set for Sunday at noon.
• Saturday’s twinbill is one of two on the Chippewas’ 2017 schedule. The other is Saturday, March 18, at Northwestern.
• The Chippewas opened the season last weekend, going 1-2 in a three-game set at East Tennessee State.
