The Central Michigan baseball team will entertain Toledo in a three-game Mid-American Conference series this weekend at Keilitz Field at Theunissen Stadium. The schedule: Friday, 3:05 p.m.; Saturday, 2:05 p.m.; Sunday, 1:05 p.m.
RECORDS
Both teams are 5-4 in MAC play and tied for third place. The Chippewas are 11-20-1 and coming off a 24-9 win nonconference win over Oakland. Both the hit and run totals were season highs for CMU.
The Rockets are 11-18 and riding a four-game win streak. Toledo won the final two games in a three-game MAC series against Ohio, and defeated Dayton and Madonna in midweek nonleaguers.
