EAST LANSING, Mich. - Natalie Johnson shot 77 and Jami Laude posted a 78 on Sunday to lead the Central Michigan golf team during the final round of the Fossum Invitational at Forest Akers West Golf Course.
The Chippewas posted a 320 team score and finished the 54-hole event with a 967 total. They finished 10th in the 10-team field, 14 shots behind ninth-place Eastern Michigan (953). CMU shot 316 in the opening round, and 331 in the second.
"Our first round was pretty good comparing it to last year at this golf course," CMU coach Cheryl Stacy said.
