MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – With its 42-30 victory over Eastern Michigan on Wednesday night, the Central Michigan football team is bowl eligible for the sixth consecutive year and the 10th time in the last 12 years.
The Chippewas are 6-4, and six victories are required for bowl eligibility.
CMU’s recent bowl history includes appearances in the Miami Beach Bowl, the Quick Lane Bowl, the Bahamas Bowl, the Little Caesars Bowl and the GMAC Bowl.
