The Central Michigan soccer team will play host to two Mid-American Conference opponents this weekend, beginning on Friday (6 p.m.) with Akron and concluding on Sunday (noon) with Buffalo.
LAST WEEK
The Chippewas opened MAC play with losses at Kent State, 2-1; and at Ohio, 3-0. CMU is 5-4-1, 0-2.
LEADERS
Junior Lexi Pelafas leads CMU in points with 15 (seven goals, one assist). She ranks second in the MAC in goals, goals per game, points and points per game. She leads the league in shots with 51 and shots per game, 5.
