JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Central Michigan golf team will play this week in the North Florida Collegiate at Jacksonville Golf & Country Club.
The 17-team field comprises CMU and host North Florida, alopng with Charleston Southern, Chattanooga, Cincinnati, Daytona State, Delaware, Eastern Kentucky, Murray State, Old Dominion, Samford, Stetson, Alabama Birmingham, South Alabama, Toledo, Western Kentucky and Xavier.
The two-day, 54-hole stroke-play begins with 36 holes on Monday and concludes on Tuesday. The course plays to par 72 over 5,926 yards.
The Chippewas are coming off a 17th-place finish in the Rio Verde Collegiate Invitational in Rio Verde, Ariz.
