SETTING THE SCENE
The Central Michigan gymnastics team will travel to California this weekend for two meets. CMU will take on California in Berkeley on Friday (10 p.m.), and then on Sunday (5 p.m.) will partake in a quad meet at San Jose State. Air Force and Seattle Pacific will round out the field for the quad.
WHERE THEY STAND
• The Chippewas are 6-2 in duals and ranked 29th nationally with a 195.484 average. CMU is ranked 20th on uneven bars, 29th on floor exercise, and 32nd on both vault and balance beam.
