After both teams clinched (at least) a share of the Mid-American Conference West Division championship, the Central Michigan men's and women's basketball teams will both be getting some rest.
Men's Head Coach Keno Davis and women's Head Coach Sue Guevara both announced the plans for their teams heading into the MAC Tournament, which will take place March 9-12 at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland. Both teams received a first-round bye in the tournament.
Men receive weekend break
The men's team took Saturday off from practice and will not practice on Sunday.
