25th-ranked CMU gymnastics opens 2016 at home Sunday vs. Temple

One season ago they finished as the 17th-best Division 1 women’s gymnastics team in the country.

This season they open the docket as the 25th-ranked Division 1 team in the preseason rankings.

As it stands the Central Michigan University women’s gymnastics opens the 2016 season Sunday with a home dual against Temple at 1 p.m. from McGuirk Arena.

Heading into this dual the Chippewas have numerous questions to answer, starting with who will replace last year’s stellar senior class that included All-American Kylie Fagan, 2015 Mid-American Conference Gymnast of the Year Halle Moraw and one of the best balance beam performers in school history in Taylor Noonan?
