Suresh Breaks School Record at the Kent State Tune Up

Highlighting the Spartan performances on Saturday, senior Ananth Suresh set a new school record in the triple jump as the Case Western Reserve University men's and women's track and field teams finished competition at the Kent State Tune Up in Kent, Ohio.

Suresh placed 13th in the triple jump with a mark of 13.43 meters, which breaks the previous school record of 13.41 meters set by Alan Fetters during the 1998 indoor season.

The Spartan men also earned a third-place finish and two eighth-place finishes at the meet, as junior Michael Hradesky finished third in the 1,000-meter run (2:33.
