Case Western Reserve University freshman quarterback Drew Saxton was named both the Presidents' Athletic Conference and the University Athletic Association Offensive Player of the Week for Football, while junior safety Patrick Crossey was selected as the UAA Defensive Athlete of the Week, and freshman kicker Robertson Albrecht was chosen as the PAC Special Team Player of the Week.
The honors come after the Spartans' 41-17 win at home over Waynesburg University that saw the team improve to 8-1 overall and to 7-1 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference.
