A total of 13 Spartans earned All-Presidents' Athletic Conference honors in 2018, and 22 claimed All-University Athletic Association Honors, including senior defensive end Cameron Brown, who was named both the PAC and UAA Defensive Player of the Year, freshman quarterback , who was selected as the UAA Offensive Player of the Year and the PAC and UAA Rookie of the Year, and freshman kicker Robertson Albrecht, who was chosen as the UAA Special Teams Player of the Year.
Among the Spartans 13 All-PAC honorees were six first team selections, including Brown, Saxton, Albrecht, senior offensive lineman Steven Bachie, sophomore wide receiver Colt Morgan, and junior safety Patrick Crossey.
