Case Western Reserve University junior Dominic Oddo was named the University Athletic Association Athlete of the Week for men's field, following his performance at the 2019 Polar Bear Last Chance Meet, hosted by Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio this past weekend.
Oddo set a new school-record in the men's heptathlon with a score of 4,709 points. His 4,709 points broke his previous school record of 4,615 points set at the 2018 All-Ohio Division III Multi-Events Championships. Oddo placed second in four of the seven events throughout the two-day meet. He claimed second in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.
