Morgan Hits Multiple Receiving Records; #21 CWRU Tops Saint Vincent 37-7 on Homecoming

Case Western Reserve University sophomore wide receiver Colt Morgan notched 281 receiving yards, the most by an NCAA player at any level this year, on a program-record matching 15 receptions, as the 21st-ranked Spartans claimed a resounding 37-7 win over Saint Vincent College during Homecoming at DiSanto Field in Cleveland, Ohio on Saturday afternoon.

The Spartans improved to 5-1 overall with the win, including a 4-1 mark in the Presidents' Athletic Conference, while Saint Vincent dropped to 1-5 overall and to 1-4 in the PAC.

Morgan also caught three touchdown passes, giving him 16 for the season, surpassing Bryan Erb's single season program record of 15, set during the 2015 campaign.
