The Case Western Reserve University men's basketball team will host the University of Chicago on Friday, January 27th at 8:00 p.m. and eighth-ranked Washington University (Mo.) on Sunday, January 29th at 12:00 p.m. as a part of the program's annual Throwback Weekend games at historic Adelbert Gymnasium.

Throughout the weekend, the Spartans will be honoring the two men's programs that federated in 1967 to form Case Western Reserve University – the Western Reserve University Red Cats and the Case Institute of Technology Rough Riders.
