Case Western Reserve University senior second baseman Rocco Maue and sophomore catcher/ outfielder Jake Ryan were each named to the Google Cloud Academic All-District Team, as voted on by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
By virtue of being named to the Academic All-District Team, both Maue and Ryan will be placed on the ballot for Google Cloud Academic All-America honors. The Academic All-America honorees will be announced on Tuesday, June 4th at noon.
This was the second Academic All-District honor of Maue's career, after he went on to earn Academic All-America First Team honors last year.
