Case Western Reserve University graduate student thrower Cassandra Laios and junior multi-event competitor Dominic Oddo were named the University Athletic Association Athletes of the Week for men's and women's field events, following their performances at the 2019 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Geneva, Ohio this past weekend.
Laios joined elite company on Saturday by the winning the 2019 NCAA Division III Women's Outdoor Track and Field Hammer Throw Championship.
