Five former members of the Case Western Reserve University football team – running back Zach Hall, wide receiver Chase Witte, offensive lineman Dee Gose, linebacker Travis Johnston and defensive back Nick Kadlecik – were named to the Academic All-District Team, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America.
The Academic All-District Team recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Due to pandemic, a focus this year was placed on nominees' career athletic achievements, rather than season achievements.
