Eight Spartans Receive USTFCCCA All-Region Recognition

Eight members of the Case Western Reserve University track and field team received All-Great Lakes Region recognition from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), based on their performances during the 2019 outdoor season.

Spartans receiving All-Region honors included junior Jonathan Haling in the 400-meter dash, junior Brian Holden in the javelin throw, junior Dominic Oddo in the decathlon, sophomore Trey Razanauskas in the 10,000-meter run, 5,000-meter run and 1,500-meter run, senior Ananth Suresh in the triple jump, senior Shannon Carroll in the javelin throw, graduate student Cassandra Laios in the discus, shot put and hammer throw and senior Olivia Newman in the 400-meter hurdles.
