Two members of the Case Western Reserve University defensive line were recognized for their performances during a 37-6 win over Thiel College on Saturday night, as senior Andrew Lease was named the defensive tackle on the D3football.com Team of the Week, and senior defensive end Cameron Brown was selected as both the Presidents' Athletic Conference and University Athletic Association Defensive Player of the Week.
Lease finished Saturday's game with four total tackles (two solo), including two sacks and 2.5 tackles for a loss. One of his sacks was a safety in the fourth quarter of the game, increasing CWRU's lead to 30-0 at the time, and setting up the team's final touchdown of the game on the ensuing drive.
