Seven members of the Case Western Reserve University men's and women's track and field teams earned individual All-Academic Athlete honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for their academic and athletic achievements during the 2021-22 season. In addition, both the men's and women's teams secured USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors.
Four members of the women's track and field team—first-year hurdler/jumper Sarah Ozeki, junior jumper Mia Vargo, sophomore thrower Adrienne Wachtman, and junior distance runner Cecelia Zielke—and three members of the men's track and field team—junior distance runner Jack Begley, junior mid-distance runner Joe Jaster, and senior mid-distance runner Logan Singer—received All-Academic Athlete honors.
