Due to continued improvements to the indoor track facility at the Veale Fieldhouse, the Case Western Reserve University track and field team has cancelled its intrasquad throwback meet, originally scheduled for Friday, January 15th.
The Spartans will now return to action following winter break at the Defiance Invitational, hosted by Defiance College in Defiance, Ohio on Saturday, January 23rd. CWRU will host its first and only indoor track meet of the season on Saturday, January 30th, when the squad hosts rival Carnegie Mellon University for the Ninth-Annual Battle for the Obelisk.
