CWRU Track and Field Teams Turn in Pair of First Places Finishes and Ajala and Omilabu Break Own School Records

Both the men's and women's track and field teams from Case Western Reserve University finished in first place at the Defiance College Invitational on Saturday afternoon.

The men were first of five schools with 150 team points with seven first place finishes and the women earned the title after scoring 166 points as a team and taking five titles throughout the day.

Senior thrower Temi Omilabu and freshman sprinter Rasheed Ajala broke their own school records during the meet that were set just beyond a month ago at the season opening meet at the University of Mount Union.
