Cuda & Calhoun Receive Conference Weekly Honors

Case Western Reserve University sophomore quarterback Rob Cuda was named the Offensive Player of the Week for both the Presidents' Athletic Conference and the University Athletic Association, while sophomore safety Cody Calhoun claimed the Defensive Athlete of the Week honor for the UAA, based on their play during the Spartans' 45-14 Homecoming win against Waynesburg University on Saturday.

Cuda completed 25-of-28 passes for 268 yards and three touchdowns without an interception, while running nine times for 63 yards and three touchdowns. His first three touchdowns of the game all came on the ground, with the quarterback running for scores of five yards and two yards in the first quarter, and reaching the end zone on a 13-yard run early in the second.
