For the second-straight week, Case Western Reserve University senior defensive end Cameron Brown was named both the Defensive Athlete of the Week by both the Presidents' Athletic Conference and the University Athletic Association. In addition, freshman quarterback Drew Saxton was selected as the UAA Offensive Athlete of the Week, after helping lead the 22nd-ranked Spartans to a 27-14 win at Geneva College on Saturday.
Brown matched his career high with 10 tackles (five solo) and added a pair of sacks on Saturday night. He totaled 2.5 tackles for a loss for 19 yards, including the two sacks (for 17 yards) and forced a fumble on the opening drive of the third quarter.
