The Case Western Reserve University baseball team won the 2018 University Athletic Association Championship, claiming sole possession of the league title for the first time in program history, while finishing the season with a 29-10 overall record.
The Spartans were ranked as high as ninth in the American Baseball Coaches Association Top-25 (on April 10) and 10th in the D3baseball.com poll (on April 15) during the season. Each ranking marked the highest in program history in the respective polls. CWRU finished the year receiving a vote in the final ABCA poll of the season.
The Spartans completed league play with a 12-4 record, finishing a game ahead of second-place Emory University and two games ahead of Washington University (Mo.
