Case Western Reserve University senior forward Cole Frilling and graduate student guard Danny Frauenheim each recorded double-doubles on Wednesday night to lead the 19th-ranked Spartans to an 88-81 win over La Roche University at Horsburgh Gymnasium in Cleveland, Ohio. With the win, the Spartans improved to 4-0 overall on the season. It is just the second time in team history that CWRU has won each of its first four games in a season, and the first time since the 1990-91 campaign.
La Roche fell to 0-4 on the year following the loss.
