A Tennessee Titans fan who took her nine-year-old daughter to her first NFL game when her favorite football team hosted the Carolina Panthers at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium took Cam Newton to task in a strongly worded letter for conduct not befitting a “role model,” as she deemed the Panthers signal-caller.
Rosemary Plorin sent a copy of her critical correspondence to the Charlotte Observer, in which she castigates Newton for a bevy of transgressions — including “pelvic thrusts,” “chest puffs” and “arrogant struts” that she insists made a significant negative impact upon her fourth-grader daughter.
