Torrey Smith’s homecoming game couldn’t come at a better time

Smith was traded to the Carolina Panthers in exchange for cornerback Daryl Worley this offseason. That means he only spent a year with the Philadelphia Eagles, but at least he got a ring out of it.

On Sunday, Smith will travel to Philadelphia to face his former team. During his time with the defending Super Bowl champs, he lit up during the playoffs with 13 catches for 151 yards and a touchdown. He was a big factor in the Eagles winning their first Super Bowl. His speed and agility made him a deep threat that the Eagles offense had lacked in previous seasons.
