According to a report from Tom Pelissero, the Carolina Panthers have agreed to terms with rookie edge rusher — and first round pick — Brian Burns.
The #Panthers have agreed to terms with No. 16 overall pick Brian Burns, source said. It’s reporting day and Burns will be on time. That leaves only two first-round picks unsigned: No. 2 Nick Bosa (#49ers) and No. 3 Quinnen Williams (#Jets).
