Sunday’s matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles was one for the books. Cam Newton lead the Carolina Panthers to a stunning 21-17 victory after erasing a 17-point deficit in the fourth quarter. Norv Turner turned to the no-huddle offense in the fourth to breathe some life into a deflating team, a move which proved to be pivotal. Newton responded by completing 16 of 22 passes for 201 yards and two touchdowns in the final quarter.
The Baltimore Ravens didn’t have the same kind of luck in their 24-23 loss to the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.
