Negotiations between the NFL and the NFL players association are still ongoing as the two sides battle between the priorities of playing games to generate revenue and maximizing the health and safety of the players. The latest major development is the cancellation of the entire 2020 preseason and the probable expansion of roster sizes to 80 players, up from the traditional 53 players per team.
