The Panthers will see their first divisional rival in 2021 when they face the Saints in Week 2 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C. on Sunday, September 19 at 1 p.m. ET. This will be a game to watch for Panthers fans as it will be the team’s first big test against the defending NFC South champions.
The last time these two teams met, the Panthers didn’t have a very good day as they lost 33-7 in the regular season finale on January 3, 2021. The Panthers are 25-28 all time against the Saints, with all but one game being played in the regular season (the Saints beat the Panthers in the 2017 Wild Card round).
