Panthers vs Bears final score: Panthers offense struggles against Bears in 23-16 loss

The Panthers came into Week 6 riding a three-game winning streak and faced a surprisingly good Bears team at home, but they couldn’t quite put things together on offense and fell to 3-3 on the season after a disappointing 23-16 loss.

The Panthers started the game on a sour note after Teddy Bridgewater threw an interception from his own 1-yard line. The Bears promptly took the lead on a Nick Foles touchdown pass to Cole Kmet. The Panthers never managed to catch up, even though they kept the game close all afternoon.

The defense did a decent job at containing the Bears offense, but it simply wasn’t enough to overcome the pitiful day by the Panthers offense.
