After a day off the Panthers are back for another morning practice.
It's day seven of training camp, and after a much deserved day off the Panthers will take the field early to try and beat the awful Spartanburg heat. Based on the practice schedule, this appears to be the plan for the majority of camp. I can't say that I blame them.
Use this space to talk about the team while they run through drills and (hopefully) get ready for the start of the season.
