Panthers Sign S Trenton Robinson

Robinson played three seasons with Washington after getting drafted by the 49ers in 2012.

Panthers Sign Safety Trenton Robinson
Robinson spent the past three seasons with Washington, starting a career-high seven games and recording one interception in 2015. His season was cut short after a hamstring injury landed him on injured reserve, and he was later released. Robinson's career totals include 38 games played, 88 tackles, two interceptions and four passes defensed. He's also been a regular contributor on special teams.

Robinson played for $543k last season so this is nothing more than a roll of the dice for the Panthers in hopes of at least getting a good special teamer out of it.
