The Carolina Panthers are bringing back defensive end Frank Herron for training camp. They initially signed Herron in April, but released him after the draft while signing undrafted free agents.
Herron is listed as a defensive end, but has also played defensive tackle in the NFL. He has played for or spent time with the New England Patriots, Seattle Seahawks, Tennessee Titans, Detroit Lions, and Miami Dolphins since signing with the Pats as an undrafted free agent out of LSU in 2018.
