Carolina Panthers Team Owner David Tepper was fined $300,000 yesterday by the NFL for throwing a drink at Jacksonville Jaguars fans seated near his box during Sunday’s loss. The fine, as we discussed yesterday, means absolutely nothing to Tepper.
The whole incident would be hilarious if it weren’t such a childish capstone to this disappointing season. I can’t imagine how low the confidence number is going to drop in this week’s survey after that public display of leadership. I do, however, want to know if this fits with or has changed your impression of Tepper.
