The Carolina Panthers have re-signed guard Amini Silatolu to a one-year contract.
The team announced the signing Monday afternoon. Silatolu is entering his sixth season with the Panthers after playing with Carolina from 2012-15 and again in 2017.
Silatolu attended training camp with the Chicago Bears in 2016, but was released prior to the regular season and did not play in 2016. He has played in 48 career games with 31 starts, all with the Panthers.
Last season, he saw action in 14 games and started at right guard for the last three games of the regular season.
