Carolina Panthers linebacker Thomas Davis, guard Trai Turner and kicker Graham Gano are all in Orlando for the upcoming Pro Bowl game. A yearly tradition and all-star game of sorts for the NFL, the league selects the best of the best for one game providing fans an opportunity to see numerous top players in action on the same field.
From a players perspective, no one wants to play in the Pro Bowl but not due to the addition of a meaningless game at the conclusion of the season. Players don’t want to participate because if their respective teams are competing in the Super Bowl, then they become ineligible.
