Panthers Game Day: Tennessee Titans

A dominant opening drive stalled in the red zone for the offensive majority of first team Panthers last week. Backup quarterback Derek Anderson found second-year receiver Devin Funchess in the end zone for a lone Carolina touchdown late in the first quarter, but that initial drive set the pace for the remainder of the game. The Panthers may have tied the game late, but elected to try for a touchdown on fourth-and-goal. Baltimore broke up the pass play handing Carolina the loss. The second game day of the year continues on the road in Tennessee, with a match-up against the Titans set for 3:00pm EDT.
