In some really good news for the Carolina Panthers defense, the Panthers have designated Yetur Gross-Matos to return from the reserve/injured list ahead of their game against the Kansas City Chiefs. The team now has three weeks to move him to the active roster, or put him on long-term IR.
As we saw with Christian McCaffrey, this doesn’t mean he will play this week. In fact, I would say chances are that he won’t even practice. But it does mean that things are looking up beyond this weekend, and the Panthers are starting to recover from the injuries that have sunk them over the past three weeks.
