Panthers’ Christian McCaffrey is now a ‘must start’ fantasy football running back

While Panthers quarterback Cam Newton is fourth in points for quarterbacks he is still not a ‘must start’ every week. I would instead advise playing the match-ups depending on who your back-up quarterback is. For instance, I liked Russell Wilson or Andrew Luck’s match-up better than Newton’s last week and both outperformed him. When it comes to running back Christian McCaffrey though, he is a must start every week no matter who the match-up.

The reason McCaffrey is a sure thing week in and week out is his ability to catch the ball out of the backfield can surpass his running between the tackles.
