Following training camp and three preseason games, the NFL requires that all rosters be cut down to 75-players by 4:00pm EDT on Tuesday. In an effort to reach that number the Panthers began to waive and terminate contracts on Sunday. After the release of these 11 individuals, Carolina still needs to cut four more individuals prior to the deadline.
