The Panthers lost in embarrassing fashion to the Steelers last Thursday night, but the one small sliver of hope to take away from that experience is that running back Christian McCaffrey had a pretty decent night. He rushed for 77 yards and one touchdown, and he caught five passes for 61 yards and two touchdowns. His totals for the night were 19 touches for 138 yards and three touchdowns. That’s not bad, right? It’s a shame that none of his teammates went to Pittsburgh with him. If they did that disaster of a game may have ended differently.
