The first unit came out today and started quickly, as Cam Newton hit Kelvin Benjamin twice before Ted Ginn took his first catch 61 yards for a touchdown. Then, on the defense's first drive, Marcus Mariota hit rookie Tajae Sharpe on multiple occasions before being picked off by Bene Benwikere, who had himself quite a day in the slot. The two teams traded punts before Cam lead another scoring drive that was highlighted by a 36 yard catch and run by Fozzy Whittaker.
