Have the Carolina Panthers hit rock bottom after their Week 10 loss?
To say the Carolina Panthers weren’t at their best against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers would be something of an understatement. A positive first half saw them level with the Super Bowl contenders, but a capitulation of epic proportions after the break was yet another strong indicator of just how much the organization still has to do in order to get back to prominence.
A loss like this will be a substantial blow to already low morale.
