For the first time in quite a while, I have some good news to report. Julius Peppers is off the Physically Unable to Perform list after passing his physical. The Carolina Panthers veteran’s status change was first reported by Bill Voth of Panthers.com.
Julius Peppers (shoulder) has passed his physical and is now off the PUP list. Plan is to have him participate in some walkthroughs as the Panthers continue to bring him back slowly. Season opener still five weeks away.
As Joe Person of the Charlotte Observer reported, Peppers began training indoors on Sunday.
